“爱伦湾”高产海带新品种的培育

【摘要】 "爱伦湾"海带是从海带栽培群体中自交选育得到的高产海带新品种,具有藻体浓褐色、假根发达,柄部扁圆、基部形态圆形、叶片近基部具有凸起等形态特征;叶片长度285.0±38cm,宽度41.8±7.2cm,与未选育种群对比平均亩增产20.0%-31.8%。RSAP标记结果显示,"爱伦湾"海带第三代群体遗传多样性指数(H=0.2285)较第二代降低23.99%,低于对照生产种(H=0.3422)而与荣福海带国家水产新品种(H=0.2286)接近,显示出选择育种的良好进展;鲜重相关性状的灰色关联分析结果显示,第四代和第五代群体均体现出稳定一致的性状因子关联顺序,显示"爱伦湾"海带稳定的遗传特征。

【Abstract】 The variety "Ailunwan" is a new high-yield variety selected from Laminaria japonica, with one brown blade,flourishing rhizoid and flat-round petiole.The base of blade is round in shape and visible convex dots can be detected near the base of blade.The length of blade is 285.0±38 cm,the width of blade is 41.8±7.2 cm and the yield is 20.0%-31.8%more than normal population without selective breeding.The result form RSAP analysis showed that the third generation of "Ailunwan" population had 23.99%reduction in gene diversity than the second generation.The gene diversity was lower than the antitheses("Shengchanzhong",H=0.3422) but similar with "Rongfu" population(the national new variety of aquatic products,H=0.2286),which displayed the advantages of selective breeding.The gray association analysis with correlative traits of wet weight showed that the population of fifth generation have a steady accosiation relationship in characters with the fourth generation.The results indicated the new kelp variety "Ailunwan" has the stable genetic characters already.
