江蓠提取琼胶后残渣制备羧甲基纤维素的研究

【摘要】 江蓠提取琼胶后的残渣通常被废弃,但残渣富含纤维素。本研究对残渣进行前处理,再加入20倍重量的8%NaOH溶液,经100℃蒸煮2h便制得江蓠粗纤维素。纤维素经NaOH(W/W=3:1)25℃碱化处理45min后,加入氯乙酸(W/W=2.5:1)于65℃进行羧甲基化反应2h,得到的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)取代度达0.70,红外图谱与试剂CMC相似度高,热分析结果表明实验所得CMC稳定性良好。

【Abstract】 Residue from Agar production with Gracilari,which are usually discarded as waste,rich of cellulose.This work reports a method to utilize the residue to prepare sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC).The Residue was dried,ground to pass 20 mesh screen.The powder was extracted by 20 time valume of 8%NaOH at 100℃for 3h,and then bleached through 3%H2O2 at 60℃for 3 h.The cellulose was alkalized with 2 time weight of NaOH at 25℃for 45 min.Sodium Monochloracetate(ClCH2COONa) at at 2 time weight of cellulose was added to the slurry and the temperature was adjusted to 65℃for 2 h.The result shows that degree of substitution(DS) of CMC is up to 0.70.The IR spectrum of CMC prepared agrees with that of CMC laboratory reagent.The result of TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis) of CMC prepared shows that its thermal stability is good.
