超声提取-GC/MS测定贝类产品中的多氯联苯

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究并建立贝类产品中7种指示性单体多氯联苯的超声前处理和GC/MS检测方法并测定秦皇岛海域不同贝类品种及其组织中的多氯联苯。贝类采用超声浸提,过硫酸钠-硅胶复合柱,浓硫酸净化去除样品中的干扰物质,以正己烷洗脱,真空减压浓缩,采用外标法定量测定。结果显示贝类产品中7种多氯联苯单体在试验范围内线性关系较好,平均回收率为80.92%-93.89%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.70%-5.22%,检测限为0.08-0.03ug/kg;该海域不同经济贝类中多氯联苯平均含量为14.12-33.24ug/kg,贝类不同组织中多氯联苯平均含量为15.46-90.39ug/kg。该方法快速简便,高效稳定,且灵敏度高,适合贝类海产中多氯联苯的快速测定。

【Abstract】 An efficient extraction method by ultrasound assisted extraction(UAE) was developed for the extraction of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCB28,52,101,118,130,153,180) from shellfish.Analytes were determined in the extracts by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selected ionmonitoring(SIM) mode. All the samples were extracted by n-hexane using ultrasound assisted extraction and decontaminated by concentrated sulfuric acid.The result samples which determined by quantitative detection of external standard method.The average recoveries of seven kinds of polychl orinated biphenyls ranged from 80.92% to 93.89%and the lowest detectable limit was 0.08-0.03μg/kg.The average concentrations of polychlorinated biphenyls were 14.12-33.24,15.46-90.39ug/kg in the shellfish samples and tissues,the RSD ranged from 3.70%to 5.22%.This method is highly effective to reduce the cost and time for the pretreatment of sample and can be applied for actual organic pollutants monitoring in shellfishes under marine environment.
