饥饿与再投喂对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼生长和消化酶活性的影响
Effects of Starvation and Refeeding on Growth and Digestive Enzymes Activities in Juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis

【摘要】 在室内水温23~26℃的条件下,将中华倒刺鲃幼鱼分装于6个饲养桶,并依次编号为A、B、C、D、E、F组,将6个组同时饥饿20d,分别在饥饿0d、3d、5d、10d、15d、20d对A、B、C组取样。而D、E、F组饥饿20d后进行16d的恢复投喂,并在再投喂3d、7d、12d、16d进行取样,每个处理组各设3个重复,分别测定其体质量、肥满度、肝脏指数以及肝胰脏、前后肠消化酶(胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶)活性的变化。结果表明:①在饥饿过程中,中华倒刺鲃幼鱼体质量、肥满度、肝脏指数均呈下降趋势;恢复投喂后,三者均有不同程度的恢复。②在饥饿阶段肝胰脏中脂肪酶活性先上升后下降,恢复投喂后,其活性虽有下降,但仍保持高活性;胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性在饥饿阶段呈下降趋势,恢复投喂后则稳定上升。③在饥饿阶段前后肠胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性在饥饿前期先升高,持续饥饿后,其活性均有所下降;恢复投喂后胰蛋白酶活性逐步回升到试验初的水平,而脂肪酶活性虽有所下降,但仍然高于试验初的水平;淀粉酶活性在饥饿阶段逐渐降低,恢复投喂后,其活性逐渐升高。
【Abstract】 Juvenile Spinibarbus sinensis,cultured at indoor water temperature of 23~26℃,were divided into six groups(A,B,C,D,E and F),of which three groups(A,B and C) were prepared for sampling during a diferent periods of starvation(0 d,3 d,5 d,10 d,15 d and 20 d),and the others(D,E and F) were prepared for sampling during a different period of re-feeding(3d,7d,2d,16d) after 20 d starvation.Each treatment was assigned to triplicate aquariums.The results were as follows:1) Body weight,condition factor, hepatosomatic index decreased during the starvation and had different degrees of recovery after re-feeding.2) In hepatopancreas,the lipase activity increased first and then decreased during the starvation,and continued to decrease after re-feeding but still maintain a high activity.The activity of protease and amylase decreased during the starvation,and steadily increased after re-feeding.3) In fore and hind intestine,the activity of protease and lipase increased during early starvation and then decreased with the extension of starvation period.The protease activity gradually recovered to the level at the beginning of the experiment and the lipase activity decreased,but still maintained a higher level than that at the beginning of the experiment after re-feeding.The amylase activity decreased with extension of starvation period and gradually rised after re-feeding.
