【摘要】 要有效地开展农民工信息服务,须深入分析农民工信息需求。本文应用KANO模型对农民工信息需求类型进行实证分析,将农民工信息需求从广度结构上划分为8个方面,从深度结构上划分为3个层次,并通过KANO问卷法调研分析,确定了农民工信息需求的层次结构,为政府、企业等相关信息服务部门有针对性地开展农民工信息服务,提高信息服务水平提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective information services must be carried out through deep analysis of migrant worker’s information demands.Empirical analysis of migrant workers’ information demand types was carried out using KANO model in this paper.The breadth of the information demands of migrant workers was divided into eight aspects,and the depth of information demands was divided into three levels.And the hierarchy structure of migrant worker’s information demands was determined through KANO questionnaire investigation and analysis.This paper provides some scientific evidences to the information services departments of government and enterprises for supporting information service of migrant workers,and improving the level of information services quality.更多还原
