【摘要】 针对高档数控机床用滑枕球铁铸件易出现缩孔缩松缺陷现象,结合实际生产条件,采用Procast铸造模拟软件对滑枕铸件的凝固时间以及缩孔缩松形成过程进行了模拟。基于分析结果,预测了滑枕中存在的缩孔缩松缺陷,模拟结果与实际生产情况吻合良好。分析结果表明,降低浇注温度,在铸件底部高压油孔以及厚壁筋板处设置冷铁,可缩短该部位凝固时间,减小铸件厚大部位产生缩孔缩松倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,three simulation progressses are designed,by taking the finite element simulation software Procast,in order to show the influence on the solidification process and the shrinkage defects by changing pouring temperature and using external chills.The result indicates that,the quality of large machine tool casting can be improved by reducing pouring temperature and setting chills on the large setions,which can shorten the solidification time and decrease the shrinkage defects. The sections where shrinkage defects may appear predicted by numerical simulation are partly according with the practical production,which can be theoretical basis to optimize the casting technological parameters.更多还原
