大型石灰石破碎机锤头材质选择与失效分析

【摘要】 大型石灰石破碎机锤头材质主要有高锰钢、超高锰钢、双金属液热复合三大类,由于石灰石品质、锤头线速度、进料粒度、物料综合水分等方面的差异,锤头的使用寿命差异很大;锤头的失效主要由化学成分、生产工艺和使用工况三方面原因引起。

【Abstract】 The materials of large limestone crusher hammer basically have three categories including high manganese steel,superhigh manganese steel and double liquid metal hot compound,due to the difference of the limestone quality,hammer linear velocity,feeding size,materials comprehensive water and other aspects,the service life of the hammer differ greatly;The failure of the hammer is mainly caused by three reasons consisting of chemical composition, productive technology and service condition.
