【摘要】 本文基于教师教学力提升的视角分析了高校教师教学评价中存在的问题,从评价的理念、主体、内容指标、方法过程与结果反馈等方面,对高校教师教学评价体系的构建进行思考与设计,提出树立注重教师教学力提升的评价理念,建立科学合理的教学评价体系,建立健全网上教学评价系统,完善评价结果的反馈与教学质量跟踪过程,构建分析、评价和反馈的高校教师教学评价模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of promoting teaching ability,after the analysis of the problems existed in teaching evaluation among colleges,this paper proposes the concept of taking improving teaching ability into consideration,from the perspectives of evaluation concept,main body,content,method and result feedback etc..This paper puts forward to establish a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system which carries on the tracking and feedback process.This teaching evaluation mode characterized in constructing analysis and feeding back mode.更多还原
