固定化漆酶的研究进展
Research Progress in the Immobilization of Laccase

【摘要】 漆酶作为一种生物催化剂,已被广泛应用。将漆酶固定化,使其应用前景更为广阔。简单介绍了漆酶的结构及催化机理;着重介绍了漆酶固定化方法,包括传统固定化方法和新型固定化方法;并综述了近年来有关固定化漆酶载体材料的研究现状及其发展。
【Abstract】 Laccase as a biocatalyst has been widely applied. The immobilization of laccase indicates a better prospect for its broader application. In this paper, the structure and catalytic mechanism of laccase were briefly introduced. The commonly-used immobilization methods as well as some newly-developed immobili-zation methods in recent years were focused on. Besides, the carrier materials for immobilization of enzymes in recent years and their development were reviewed.
