微波无极紫外联合水消毒反应装置的模拟与优化

【摘要】 为提高微波无极紫外消毒反应器的杀菌效果,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,利用FLUENT软件模拟了消毒反应器内的流场分布,结合对反应器无极紫外光强的计算,提出反应装置改进方法,优化消毒反应装置的设计。模拟与计算结果表明,靠近无极紫外灯壁处光强约为5.7mw/cm2,微波无极紫外消毒反应器内壁处紫外光强约为5.4mw/cm2;优化前的反应器内流场速度分布较均匀,靠近无极灯,紫外光强高,微生物受紫外辐射的有效剂量高,远离无极灯则情况相反,反应器内紫外线辐射剂量不均匀,平均有效杀菌紫外剂量较低;优化后的反应器在挡板处流态较优化前的反应器有更大的湍流程度,水流在挡板后进行重新分布,在相同的时间下,微生物受到紫外辐射的平均有效剂量更大,反应器总体上消毒效率更高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the disinfection effect of microwave electrodeless UV disinfection reactor, we simulate the flow distribution within the disinfection reactor with the FLUENT software to optimize the design of the reactor, using computational fluid dynamics method, combined with the light intensity calculation, and put forward the method of improvement of the reactor. Simulation and calculation results show that, the intensity near the electrodeless ultraviolet lamp is 5.7mw/cm 2 , while close to the reactor is 5.4mw/cm 2 . The speed of the flow is more uniform, the intensity is much stronger close to the lamp and microorganisms get more UV radiation effective dose, while away from the lamp is the opposite situation. The dose of ultraviolet radiation is uneven in the reactor and the average effective UV sterilization dose is low. The optimized reactor has a greater degree of turbulence at the baffle compared to that before optimization. The flow redistribute at the baffle, at the same time, microorganism obtains more average radiation doses, as a whole, the reactor has a much higher disinfection efficiency.
