四溴双酚A对翡翠贻贝谷胱甘肽硫转移酶的影响

【摘要】 为研究四溴双酚A(TBBPA)对海洋生物谷胱甘肽代谢的影响,本文将翡翠贻贝(Perna Viridis)分别暴露于1μg/L、10μg/L和100μg/L TBBPA1、4、7、14、21、28d后取样,分别以1-氯-2,4-二硝基苯(CDNB)、利尿酸(ECA)、4-硝基氯化苄(NBC)为底物测定翡翠贻贝消化腺内谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)活性。结果表明以CDNB和NBC为底物的GST活性第1天即被诱导,并持续增加,而以ECA为底物的GST活性在第1周都被抑制,三者都在第14天达到最大值,然后逐渐下降至对照组水平。

【Abstract】 To study the toxicity of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) on marine animal, mussel Perna viridis were exposed to1 μg/L、10 μg/L 、100 μg/L TBBPA for 1、4、7、14、28 days, the glutathione S-transferase (GST) in digestive gland were measured with different substrate —— 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB), 4-nitrobenzyl chloride (NBC), ethacrynic acid (ECA). The results showed that the changes of GST activities with CDNB and NBC as substrate were significantly induced at the first day and increasing during the first week, while the GST activities with CDNB and NBC as substrate was significantly reduced during the first week. All the GST activities were induced to a summit at 14d, and decreased to control level in the end.
