高位池循环净水系统强化太阳光光化学反应的模拟研究

【摘要】 本实验利用平板式光反应器模拟高位池循环净水系统,对三种环境水体在光照下产生活性氧物种(Reactive oxygen species,以下简称ROS)的浓度进行了检测,并利用氯霉素对其降解能力进行了验证。结果表明,三种水体中在模拟光反应器中产生的ROS浓度高于文献中直接从环境中测得浓度。改变氯霉素初始浓度及光照强度均会对其降解率产生影响,6小时内最高降解率达到26.2%。

【Abstract】 Flatplate photoreactor was used in this research to analogy circulatory water treatment system of shrimp farm. Three different kinds of natural water were used as reaction liquid to detect the productive of Reactive oxygen species under illumination and this was also proved by studying the degradation of chloramphenicol. The results turned out that each kind of natural water produced more ROS during the experiment condition than in the nature environment we gained from literature. The initial concentration of chloramphenicol and illumination intensity both influenced the degradation efficiency and at the best condition, the degradation efficiency could reach to 26.2%.
