陶瓷膜表面疏水改性对过滤性能的影响

【摘要】 陶瓷膜由于具有化学稳定性好、抗微生物能力强、机械强度大等优点,近年来逐渐被应用到一些非水体系的分离过程中.为了提高陶瓷膜在油液过滤中的分离效果,本文采用硅烷偶联剂对陶瓷膜进行表面疏水改性.将改性的ZrO2膜处理含水无味煤油,考察了膜表面性质对过滤性能的影响.实验结果表明:硅烷偶联剂改性能有效改变膜表面的亲疏水性;表面疏水改性对孔结构影响不大;在相同的操作条件下,疏水改性膜过滤含水无味煤油的渗透通量和对水的截留率明显高于未改性膜.

【Abstract】 Recently,ceramic membranes have grown in use in the treatment of non-aqueous solutions,such as oil purifying,due to their superior mechanical,thermal,and chemical stability.In order to improve the filtration performance of ceramic membranes,surface hydrophobic modification was conducted.In the experiment, zirconia membranes with mean pore size of 0.2μm were modified with hexadecyltrmethoxysilane. And the filtration performance of the mdified membranes in the treatment of water-in-kerosene microemulsions was investigated.Results showed that surface modification with hexadecyltrmethoxysilane can change ceramic membranes from hydrophilic into hydrophobic,but have little influence on the membrane pore diameters.In the cross filtration of water-in-kerosene microemulsions,a higher permeate flux and water rejection was observed through the grafted membranes.
