臭氧预氧化降低膜生物反应器中膜污染的机理研究

【摘要】 主要研究了臭氧预氧化在膜生物反应器(MBR)处理地表水过程中的作用及机理.结果表明,臭氧预氧化不仅能够有效提高原水中有机污染物的去除率,而且能够明显的降低膜污染.从以下几方面对机理进行了探讨:三维荧光光谱分析揭示了臭氧预氧化以不同的方式和机理降低了可逆污染和不可逆污染;分形维数的分析证明了臭氧预氧化能够降低MBR中生物絮体的分形维数,从而降低絮体造成的膜污染;凝胶色谱分析证实了臭氧预氧化作用能够有效去除了分子量在500~2 000 Da范围内的有机污染物.

【Abstract】 The effectiveness of pre-ozonation in organic contaminants removal and membrane fouling control of a submerged membrane bioreactor(sMBR) for surface water treatment was investigated in this study. Pre-ozonation followed by sMBR(O-MBR) achieved much higher removal efficiencies of organic matter compared to the parallel-operated MBR.Besides,the trans-membrane pressure of O-MBR was observed to develop much more slowly than that of individual MBR,which suggested that pre-ozonation could mitigate membrane fouling effectively.Three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix(EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy was employed to characterize the dissolved organic matter(DOM) with fluorescence in the samples of the two systems.The results indicated that pre-ozonation was able to reduce the intensities of all fluorescence peaks and cause their locations shift.The computer controlled digital camera could record the flocs size and morphology,and lower fractal dimension of flocs in O-MBR caused lower membrane fouling. What’s more,size exclusion chromatography(SEC) analyses demonstrated that pre-ozonation was effective to eliminate UV-active DOM(especially with molecular weight of 500~2000 Da).
