混合溶剂制备增强型PVDF小孔杂化膜

【摘要】 以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为原料,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机前驱体添加物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK30)和无水氯化铝(LiC1)为添加剂,采用二甲基甲乙酰胺(DMAC)和丙酮(AC)为混合溶剂制备增强型PVDF小孔杂化膜.实验考察了混合溶剂中丙酮的添加量对聚偏氟乙烯-硅杂化膜的超滤性能和力学性能的影响,同时还利用原子力显微镜(AFM)对膜表面结构进行了分析.结果表明:随着混合溶剂中丙酮(AC)含量的增加,杂化膜的纯水通量逐渐减小,而对牛血清蛋白的截留率则呈现持续上升的趋势;杂化膜的力学性能明显提高,当混合溶剂中丙酮(AC)含量为12%时,杂化膜的拉伸强度σt达到最大值.原子力显微镜(AFM)测试结果表明:依纯PVDF膜、铸膜液中添加TEOS所得的杂化膜以及在此基础之上采用混合溶剂制得的杂化膜的顺序膜表面粗糙度明显降低,球粒直径减小.
【Abstract】 A new type of microporou and strengthened ultrafiltration membrane,with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as its materials,lithium chloride(LiC1) and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPK30) as additive,N,Ndimethylacetamide (DMAC) and acetone(AC) as solvent,Tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) directly added into the casting solution,is prepared by means of phase inversion method.The effect of AC on the performance of hybrid membranes is investigated.The results show:with the increase in AC content,for the hybrid membrane: the pure water fluxes decrease,the retentions of BSA increase,the tensile strength is firstly risen and then dropped,when AC content was 12%,the tensile strength reach the maximum.The result of atomic force microscope(AFM) shows:with the increase in AC content,the surface of the hybrid membrane is smoother, the roughness of surface cuts down obviously,the diameter of the globular particles lets up.
