采用颗粒检测技术监测和控制膜滤水质
Monitoring and control of water quality of membrane filtration by particle monitoring technique

【摘要】 膜技术是给水处理过程中非常有发展前途的工艺.本文介绍了超滤膜去除颗粒物的特点,指出保证膜出水水质的关键监测和控制指标是颗粒物含量.简要说明了用于给水处理领域的颗粒检测技术,着重分析了几种颗粒检测技术的应用特点,对浊度、颗粒计数值、颗粒综合指数及微生物指标的相关关系进行了研究和分析,表明颗粒数指标是超滤膜出水水质的关键性检测指标,在实际应用中建议用颗粒数指标代替或补充浊度指标,采用颗粒检测仪代替浊度仪来监测和控制超滤膜装置的运行,为超滤膜装置的有效运行和优质水的生产提供安全保障.
【Abstract】 Membrane technique is a promising process in water treatment field.The feature of ultrafiltration in removing particle matters is introduced in this article.It is pointed that the particle contents are key index of monitoring and control for ensuring treated water quality by membrane.The particle monitoring techniques are briefly illustrated and the application features are analyzed with several particle monitoring techniques.The correlations of turbidity,particle counting value,multiple index of particle and microbe index are studied and analyzed. The results show that the index of particle number is key monitoring indicator of treated water quality by ultrafiltration.It is suggested that the particle index can be applied to replace or replenish turbidity index,and particle monitors can be utilized to replace or replenish turbidity meters to monitor and control operation of ultrafiltration equipment in practical applications,so as to provide safety for effective operation of ultrafiltration and production of high - quality water.
