CeO2-ZrO2固相溶液的制备和表征

【摘要】 二氧化铈(CeO2)是优良的催化剂和催化剂促进剂,通过引入二氧化锆(ZrO2)可以提高其热稳定性.以硝酸铈(Ⅳ)和氯氧锆为原料,用均相沉淀法制备CeO2-ZrO2固体溶液.为了比较,同时也用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CeO2-ZrO2双固相溶液.用X光衍射(XRD)、差热-热重分析(DSC-TGA)、BET测定法和贮氧能力测定法对制备的CeO2-ZrO2进行了表征.BET测定制备的样品比表面积可达113 m2/g;XRD结果表明均相沉淀法制备样品具有萤石结构,用溶胶凝胶法或共沉淀法不能制备出CeO2-ZrO2,Ce/Zr为3:1,450℃时即可制备出Ce0.75Zr0.25O2,Ce/Zr为1:1时,形成Ce0.5Zr0.5O2相结构,Ce/Zr为1:3时,形成Zr3Ce2O10相结构样品.800℃时,相结构稳定,TGA-DSC热分析没有出现热峰,说明氧化锆的引入使样品热稳定性更优良.

【Abstract】 Cerium oxide used as good catalyst and catalyst promoter has attracted more interest.The thermal stability of CeO2 can be improved by ZrO2 doping.CeO2 - ZrO2 solid solution has been prepared by homogenous precipitation and sol- gel method for comparison with Ce(NO34 and ZrOCl2 used as starting materials.XRD, DSC - TGA,BET are used to characterize crystal structure and surface property of CeO2-ZrO2.BET measurement results show that the specific surface area of sample can reach 113 m /g.XRD results shows that CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution can not been obtained by sol - gel method or coprecipitation,and CeO2 - ZrO2 obtained by homogenous precipitate is fluorite structured.When Ce/Zr is 3:1,Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 can be obtained at 450℃which have not reported by others.When Ce/Zr is 1:1,Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 can be obtained.When Ce/Zr is 1:3, Zr3Ce2O10 can be obtained.Stable structured CeO2~ZrO2 can be prepared at 800℃.No thermal peak seen in the TGA - DSC shows that CeO2 - ZrO2 is thermal stable.Thermal stability can be improved by zirconium oxide doping.
