【摘要】 二氧化铈（CeO₂）是优良的催化剂和催化剂促进剂,通过引入二氧化锆（ZrO₂）可以提高其热稳定性.以硝酸铈（Ⅳ）和氯氧锆为原料,用均相沉淀法制备CeO₂-ZrO₂固体溶液.为了比较,同时也用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CeO₂-ZrO₂双固相溶液.用X光衍射（XRD）、差热-热重分析（DSC-TGA）、BET测定法和贮氧能力测定法对制备的CeO₂-ZrO₂进行了表征.BET测定制备的样品比表面积可达113 m²/g;XRD结果表明均相沉淀法制备样品具有萤石结构,用溶胶凝胶法或共沉淀法不能制备出CeO₂-ZrO₂,Ce/Zr为3:1,450℃时即可制备出Ce_0.75Zr_0.25O₂,Ce/Zr为1:1时,形成Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂相结构,Ce/Zr为1:3时,形成Zr₃Ce₂O₁₀相结构样品.800℃时,相结构稳定,TGA-DSC热分析没有出现热峰,说明氧化锆的引入使样品热稳定性更优良.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerium oxide used as good catalyst and catalyst promoter has attracted more interest.The thermal stability of CeO₂ can be improved by ZrO₂ doping.CeO₂ - ZrO₂ solid solution has been prepared by homogenous precipitation and sol- gel method for comparison with Ce（NO₃）₄ and ZrOCl₂ used as starting materials.XRD, DSC - TGA,BET are used to characterize crystal structure and surface property of CeO₂-ZrO₂.BET measurement results show that the specific surface area of sample can reach 113 m /g.XRD results shows that CeO₂-ZrO₂ solid solution can not been obtained by sol - gel method or coprecipitation,and CeO₂ - ZrO₂ obtained by homogenous precipitate is fluorite structured.When Ce/Zr is 3:1,Ce_0.75Zr_0.25O₂ can be obtained at 450℃which have not reported by others.When Ce/Zr is 1:1,Ce_0.5Zr_0.5O₂ can be obtained.When Ce/Zr is 1:3, Zr₃Ce₂O₁₀ can be obtained.Stable structured CeO₂～ZrO₂ can be prepared at 800℃.No thermal peak seen in the TGA - DSC shows that CeO₂ - ZrO₂ is thermal stable.Thermal stability can be improved by zirconium oxide doping.更多还原
