光接枝制备功能性核孔膜
Preparation of functional track membranes by photografting polymerization

【摘要】 采用光接枝聚合方法,可以实现多种单体在PET核孔膜上的接枝,如丙烯酸、4-乙烯基吡啶、异丙基丙烯酰胺等,得到具有环境敏感性的分离膜.接枝膜采用XPS、ATR-FTIR进行了表征,接枝膜结构及形貌采用SEM、AFM观察.PET的紫外屏蔽效应以及核孔膜的结构特征,决定了接枝只能在膜的表面进行,孔内不受影响;接枝膜具有孔封盖结构,即膜表面的接枝链可以伸入膜孔将其封堵,产生孔封盖效应,从而影响膜的通量.丙烯酸和4-乙烯吡啶接枝膜具有pH值敏感性,膜通量随外界酸性的强弱而变化;4-乙烯吡啶接枝膜具有优异的开关性能,在很低接枝程度下(D_g=0.3%,0.2μm),即有明显的pH敏感性,通量变化达到几十倍.N-异丙基丙烯酰胺接枝膜具有温度敏感效应,可以随温度的升降而改变通量.
【Abstract】 Functional track membranes regulated by environmental stimuli were prepared by photografting different monomers,such as acrylic acid(AA),4 - vinylpyridine(4VP) and N - isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAm). The grafted polymers were characterized by XPS,ATR - FTIR.SEM and AFM were used to observe the structure and morphology of the grafted membranes.The combination of the nature of PTE track membranes, strong screening to far UV light,and the initiating property of benzophenone restricted the photografting only proceeded on membrane surface rather than inside the pores.The environment - sensitive behavior of grafted membranes was based on the pore - covering effect of the grafted chains on the membrane surface,which stretched into the pores and blocked them.AA and 4VP grafted membranes act as a pH valve and the latter has excellent performance even with a little grafting degree.The NIPAAm grafted membranes are temperature -sensitive. Near the range of 30 to 35℃,membrane flux had a leap.
