【摘要】 研究浆料和支撑体性质对氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(简称YSZ)微滤膜孔结构的影响.以可几孔径为0.8~1.0μm的19通道管状α-Al2O3作支撑体,采用悬浮粒子法制备YSZ浆料,并以浸渍涂敷法制备微滤膜.实验发现YSZ微滤膜的孔径及其分布与浆料中的分散剂有关,并从膜层表面吸附行为给以解释.

【Abstract】 The nature of slurry and support,sintering procedure are the factors that influence the performance and pore structure of yttria stabilized zirconia microfiltration membrane,which will be emphasized on introducing in this paper.YSZ microfiltration membranes are prepared by dip - coating process,using a - Al2O3 membrane with pore diameter 0.8 - 1.0μm,19 channels tube as the support.It is found that the pore diameter and pore size distribution of YSZ microfiltration membranes depend on the dispersant agents added in the slurry.The surface adsorption behavior of the membrane layer is discussed.
