基于最小二乘支持向量机的平版印刷油墨预置模型

【摘要】 论文在分析平版胶印油墨系统特点的基础上,结合最小二乘支持向量机小样本、非线性和高维数的特点,提出了基于最小二乘支持向量机的平版印刷油墨预置模型.该模型考虑了墨区之间的串动影响,利用7个墨区对应的网点覆盖率作为输入,并且采用加权系数来标示不同墨区的影响强弱,输出对应的是中间墨区的墨键开度大小,通过特别设计的样张获得模型所需的训练样本,实验仿真验证了该油墨预置模型具有较高的精确度和稳定性。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of offset printing ink system,combining with the least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM)which has the features of small samples,nonlinear and high-dimensional,a model of ink preset for offset printing based on LS-SVM is proposed in this paper.The model considered the perturbation between the ink regions,the ink coverage percentage of seven ink regions were used as the input of model,and we used the weighted coefficients to mark the impact of strength in different ink regions,and the corresponding ink key opening degree to the middle ink regions were used as the output of the model,the necessary training samples were obtained through a specially designed proof.The experimental simulation shows that the ink preset model has a high accuracy and stability.
