基于损耗模型和模糊搜索的异步电机最优效率控制方法

【摘要】 矢量控制的异步电机在额定负载时一般有较高的效率,但是在轻载工况下,矢量控制的异步电机效率并不高,仍有很大的节能空间。本文提出了一种混合的最优效率控制策略,当电机轻载稳态运行时,先建立电动机的损耗模型,确定最优磁链初值,然后在最优磁链初值的一定范围内通过模糊搜索确定最终的最优磁链,仿真结果表明,所提出的控制策略是有效的。
【Abstract】 At the rated load,the efficiency of vector controlled induction motor is usually high.However at the light load,the efficiency is low and there is significant margins for efficiency improvement.In this paper,in order to improve efficiency a hybrid control strategy is proposed,which is based on the combination of loss model and fuzzy search.At the steady-state light-load condition,the initial value of the optimal flux is obtained by the loss model of motor,and then a fuzzy search in a certain range around the initial flux value is applied to determine the practical optimal flux.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is effective.
