一种新的钢铁企业煤气数据校正模型

【摘要】 钢铁企业普遍存在煤气计量数据不准确的问题,从而影响了企业生产计划的制定和经济核算。本文提出一种新的煤气数据校正模型。通过分析钢铁企业煤气用户组成以及煤气的产生和消耗特性,建立煤气产消预测模型,可根据生产计划预测煤气的产生和消耗;利用煤气测量值和预测值,以校正值与预测值的差值最小为目标函数,建立煤气数据校正模型,得到校正值的最优解,并判断测量值中是否存在过失误差。实验表明,所提模型能较好地校正煤气计量数据,实现煤气平衡。

【Abstract】 The inaccuracy of gas measurement data exists commonly in iron and steel corporations,which is adverse for production planning and enterprise economic accounting.A new gas data reconciliation model is proposed in this paper.The composition of gas users and features of gas production and consumption of an Iron and steel corporation are analyzed.Then,a prediction model is established to predict the amounts of gas production and consumption according to production plan.An objective function is built to minimized difference between gas measured values and predicted values.By solving the objective function,the optimum of rectification data is obtained.Using data reconciliation model,gross error of measurement data can also be detected.The result of experiment indicates that the presented model can regulate reasonablely the measurement data of gas and achieve the gas balance.
