基于功能反求和分支修剪的故障定位方法研究

【摘要】 在分析比较各种故障诊断方法的基础上,提出了一种基于功能反求和分支修剪的故障定位方法。首先通过有向图建模,建立描述系统结构、元件故障和故障传播的三种数据表。然后根据功能流溯源,采用故障传播时序修剪分支路径,通过两种规则,即抽取规则和筛选规则,生成最可能的故障传播路径。路径的起点即为可能的故障源。最后针对自动导引车系统(AGVs)开发了基于该故障定位方法的维修需求识别原型系统。
【Abstract】 After analysis and comparison of several fault diagnosis methods,a new fault location method based on function backtracking and branch trimming is presented.Firstly,three datasheets are used to describe system structure,element fault,and fault propagation in diagraph modeling.Secondly,fault location algorithm traces fault source according to function backtracking,trims branch path in terms of fault propagation time sequence,and generates the most possible fault propagation paths under two rules of extracting and selecting,.The start point of the path is possible fault source.In the end,maintenance demand recognition prototype system for AGV system is introduced,which is based on fault location algorithm in this paper.
