基于模糊预测控制的实时调度系统性能优化

【摘要】 针对实时调度系统性能优化中处理器利用率与任务截止期错失率两个指标间存在的矛盾,提出一种基于模糊预测控制的实时系统性能优化方法,以模糊隶属度描述对处理器利用率与任务截止期错失率的满意程度,预测控制的性能指标表示为对二者的综合满意度,采用分枝定界算法进行优化求解,获得使综合满意度最好的利用率增量,进而通过任务速率调节算法寻找满足要求的任务速率。仿真结果及分析表明了算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 This paper presented a new method for performance optimization of real time scheduling systems.The proposed method is based on fuzzy predictive control,in which the control objectives of system utilization and task deadline miss ration are formulated by their fuzzy membership function respectively,and the cost function of the predictive control is then represented as a fuzzy decision function combining two fuzzy objectives.The decision problem is solved using branch and bound technique,its result is an utilization increment which maximize the satisfaction level of the decision function.Then the proper task rates are computed by the task rate regulating algorithm.Simulation results and analysis show that the approach can achieve a good tradeoff between high system utilization and low tasks deadline miss ratio.
