基于混合遗传算法的热传导系统最优控制问题求解

【摘要】 本文研究了用混合遗传算法求解热传导系统的最优控制问题。混合遗传算法是用粒子群位移转移的思想改变遗传算法的变异规则,该算法可求解数学优化问题。为了利用该算法求解,将热传导系统最优控制问题用有限差分近似法对时间和空间同时离散化,把有限的时间区间划分为多段,控制看作是分段常量控制,每段的控制常量作为混合遗传算法中的基因,经过不断迭代得到最优控制值。最后的仿真实例验证了该算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the optimal control solving problem of a heat transfer system by using a hybrid genetic algorithm(HGA) .HGA is a kind of GA in which the position displacement idea of the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is applied to change the mutation operation rule and can be applied to solving mathematical optimization problems.To realize it in optimal control solving problem of a heat transfer system,one must turn the problem to be an optimization.Thus the performance index and governed partial differential equations are discretized in time and spatial variables by using a finite-difference method.The finite time horizon is divided into several intervals and the optimal control law is assumed to be a piecewise-constant function in each interval which is regarded as the gene of the proposed algorithm.After some iterative steps,the optimal control can be obtained.Finally the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
