【摘要】 焦炉烘炉工艺复杂,温度监测点众多,影响温度变化的因素复杂,温度控制困难,针对焦炉气体燃料烘炉过程中主要升温阶段的温度变化规律,设计了焦炉烘炉温度控制系统,本系统实现了炉温的自动监控与数据管理,提高了生产效率,有效地保证了烘炉工作的高效运行。

【Abstract】 The tecnnology of the coke oven heating up is complicated and difficult. The process of coke oven heating up is complicated and has many temperature measurement points, which supervision and control of the process is difficult. There were many factors which effect the change of the temperature .According to the change of temperature in the process, the supervision and control system of coke oven heating up was designed based on fuzzy control. The automatic supervision and control and data management were realized in the system. The system improved the production efficiency, and effectively ensured the process operations. The system has extremely practical value..
