【摘要】 老龙口酒厂起源于康熙元年(1662年),它是东北地区民族工业的著名品牌,是沈阳工业的源头产业。最难得的是,三百多年来老龙口酒厂一直坚守着充满传奇色彩的老厂址、老酒窖和被评为国家级非物质文化遗产的传统酿酒技艺。但是,随着经济建设的发展,老龙口酒厂正面临着搬迁的困境,如何解决经济建设区中的历史遗产的保护开发,作者提出了保护性的可持续发展战略,利用自身的文化价值优势进行保护性开发,以获取较好的经济价值,实现经济发展与文化保护的双赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laolongkou distillery originated in the first year of Kangxi(1662),which is the famous brand of national industry of northeast.The most unusual is that 300 years Laolongkou distillery has remained to retain the legendary old site,old liquor cellar,and the traditional technique which is evaluated the non-material cultural heritage in.However,with the development of economic,Distillery are facing removal difficulties, how to solve the problem between economic development and the historical heritage protection, how to make history,culture and economy complement each other,the authors put forward the development strategy of protective sustainable,used their own cultural values to protect and sustainable develop, and realize the goals of economic value of heritage combined with sustainable development,and achieve the win-win situation of economic development and cultural protection.更多还原
