【摘要】 目的观察SHR超级脱毛模式的临床效果及舒适程度。方法采用SHR超级脱毛模式对发际、面颊、上唇、胡须、胸腹、乳晕周围、腋窝、四肢及比基尼区等共进行了1000个部位的脱毛;对一些疼痛特别敏感的部位如上唇及头面部,治疗时采用复方利多卡因乳膏外涂1小时以上。结果四肢、胸腹、背部及腋窝处的毛发,一般需要4～5次治疗可达到根治目的,且患者无明显不适感;上唇、下颌周围毛发一般需要5～7次治疗方可满意,且需要外涂麻药,否则部分患者会呈现不适感。结论SHR超级脱毛模式与传统脱毛方式、光子脱毛及其他激光脱毛方式相比具有有效性高、脱毛速度快、舒适性强等优点,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and comfortable degree of the mode of super hair removal.Methods Using the mode of super hair removal to depilate the hair nearby the hair line,cheeks,upper lip,beard,ventrum,areola of breast,axillary cavity,extremities,bikini area and so on,The total number was 1000.Some sites which were especially susceptible to pain,for example,upper lip and buccal region,were smeared with compound lidocaine cream for 1 hour at least before treatment. Result Hair in the areas of extremities,ventrum,back and axillary cavity generally needed 4 to 5 times to eradicate,and the patient had no evident discomfortableness;hair near to the upper lip and lower mandible generally needed 5 to 7 times to reach the effect which the patient was content,and anesthetics was indispensable,or the patient would present discomfortableness. Con(?)ion The mode of super hair removal is more effective,quicker and more comfortable in comparison with conventional methods.So it deserves to be spreaded.更多还原
