【摘要】 目的:通过检测尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者精浆中细胞因子白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-6、IL-8水平的变化情况,探讨这些细胞因子在其发病及诊断中的作用。方法:101例尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者按NIH分类法分组(Ⅱ型10例、ⅡA型76例、ⅢB型15例):再选20例正常男性为对照共分4组,对其精浆用放射标记免疫法行IL-2、IL-6、IL-8测定,分析各组间细胞因子水平的差异。结果:Ⅱ组患者精浆中IL-2水平[(36.95±15.64)ng/ml]高于ⅢB组、对照组IL-2水平[(25.89±8.65)ng/ml,(24.79±9.46)ng/ml](P<0.05);IL-6、IL-8水平Ⅱ组[(0.71±0.37)ng/ml,(1.12±0.75)ng/ml]和ⅢA组[(0.63±0.30)ng/ml,(1.05±0.59)ng/ml]高于ⅢB组[(0.41±0.22)ng/ml,(0.53±0.27)ng/ml]、对照组[(0.40±0.21)ng/ml,(0.42±0.24)ng/ml](P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎发病过程中有免疫学因素的存在,对精浆中细胞因子水平的检测有助于尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎的诊断和分型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the levels of cytokines(lL-2、IL-6、IL-8 ) of post-urethritis chronic prostatitis(PUCP) and to evaluate the significance of the cytokines to the pathogenesis and diagnosis of PUCP.Methods:The levels of IL-2、IL-6 and IL-8 were measured in seminal plasma of 101 PUCP patients and 20 norma! controls by radioactive labeling immunization,men analyze the difference between each groups.A(?)ording to NTH,the cases of PUCP were divided into 3 types:Ⅱ(n=10),ⅢA(n=76),ⅢB(n=15).Results:The level of IL-2 in seminal plasma of patients withⅡ[(36.95±15.64)ng/ml]was higher man those inⅢB patients and the controls[(25.89±8.65)ng/mL(24.79±9.46)ng/ml](P<0.05);The levels of IL-6、IL-8 in seminal plasma of patients with n[(0.71±0.37)ng/ml,(1.12±0.75)ng/ml]andⅢA[(0.63±0.30)ng/ml,(1.05±0.59)ng/ml]were higher than those inⅢB[(0.41±0.22)ng/ml,(0.53±0.27)ng/ml]and the controls[(0.40±0.21)ng/ml,(0.42±0.24)ng/ml],respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01) Conclusions:Cytokines play an important role in pathogenesis of PUCP,and test the levels may helpful for the identification and characterization of PUCP.更多还原
