二氧化锆含量对钛铸件影响的实验研究
Experimental Study of the Influence of Zirconic content on Titanium Castings

【摘要】 目的:通过X线探伤技术与扫描电镜对钛铸件性能检测,确定二氧化锆与磷酸盐包埋材料的最佳配比。材料和方法:分别用含二氧化锆20%、30%、40%的磷酸盐高温包埋材包埋铸造纯钛试件,对照组用MT-3专用铸钛包埋材;铸造后进行X线探伤,及扫描电镜分析,EDS能谱分析。结果:含二氧化锆20%的磷酸盐高温包埋材试件孔隙较多,孔隙含量与对照组高度有显著性差异(P<0.01),二氧化锆30%和40%组试件孔隙含量与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。扫描电镜和能谱分析结果显示二氧化锆20%试件反应层最厚,二氧化锆30%和40%组试件反应层较薄,对照组试件反应层最薄。结论:含30%ZrO2的磷酸盐包埋材料具有较好的性能,在本实验中的各项检测数据与对照组MT-3铸钛专用包埋材料无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 Objective:determine the optimal matching ratio between zirconium dioxide and phosphate investment materials by carrying out the performance detection through X—ray flaw detection technology and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Methods:embed and cast pure—titanium specimens by using high-temperature phosphate investment materials separately containing 20%,30%,40%zirconium dioxide,and the Control Group uses MT—3 special Titanium casting investment materials;X—ray flaw detection was made after the casting,followed by the SEM analysis and EDS analysis.Results:more porous spaces were found in the high—temperature phosphate investment materials containing 20%zirconium dioxide,and significant difference was found between void contents and the height of Control Group(P <0.01);but no significant difference was found between the void contents of specimens containing 30%and 40%zirconium dioxide and the height of Control Group(P> 0.05).SEM and EDS analysis results showed:the reaction layer of specimens containing 20%zirconium dioxide was thicker;the reaction layer of specimens containing 30%and 40%zirconium dioxide was thinner;the reaction layer of Control Group specimens was the thinnest.Conclusion:The phosphate investment materials containing 30%ZrO2 have better performance,and their test data in this experiment have no significant difference with that of MT—3 titanium casting investment materials used by the Control Group.
