尖峰岭凋落物分解过程微生物动态变化

【摘要】 对尖峰岭热带常绿季雨林凋落物(青皮、荷木、混合凋落叶)及土壤微生物数量动态进行研究。结果表明:凋落物和土壤中微生物三大类群数量在各月份比较中,多为显著差异。凋落物的微生物数量细菌最多,次为真菌,后为放线菌;土壤的微生物数量细菌最多,次为放线菌,后为真菌;并且各微生物类群在各月份都是凋落物比土壤数量较多;同一微生物类群在凋落物和土壤中的数量均有明显而相似的季节变化,不同类群变化规律不尽相同,但基本只有一个高峰。对三种凋落物微生物总数比较:混合凋落叶>荷木>青皮。

【Abstract】 The changes in number of microbes from soil and litter(Vatica mangachapoi,Schima superba and mixed leaf fall)of tropical evergreen seasonal rain forest of Jianfengling was studied.The results showed that monthly microbial number in the litter was the most of bacteria,and less in descending order for filamentous fungi,and actinomycetes.The microbial number in the soil was great for bacteria,and less in descending order for actinomycetes,and filamentous fungi.Microbes found in the litter were more than those in the soil.Distinctive seasonal change in quantity of each microbial group and a similar pattern of seasonal dynamics were observed.There was a peak of microbial increasing during the year.Total microbial amounts in the litter from high to low were in mixed litter>Schima superba>Vatica mangachapoi.
