【摘要】 为掌握湖北省不同地区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性状态,并制定防制对策,我们于2005年—2007年采用微量点滴法,测定了湖北省家蝇对敌敌畏的抗性水平。结果表明,敌敌畏对湖北省家蝇的致死中量(LD₅₀,单位:μg/头)3年的值分别为0.2256、0.1907和0.4428;高效氯氰菊酯对家蝇的LD₅₀分别为0.0841（2006年）和0.1102（2007年）;溴氰菊酯在2005年和2007年对家蝇的LD₅₀为0.03707和0.08246。2005年和2006年,胺菊酯对家蝇的LD₅₀分别为0.3952和0.2894。对于三氯杀虫酯,2005年和2007年对对家蝇的LD₅₀分别为0.3264和0.3487。本研究结果表明,湖北省家蝇对有机磷类和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂在已产生较强抗性的基础上抗药性仍然在继续增加,而对上世纪九十年代已停止使用三氯杀虫酯的抗性处于敏感水平状态。提倡轮换或混合用药,控制家蝇抗性的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 To learn the resistance situation of Musca domestica from different areas in Hubei province to common used insecticides and provide the way for the control of the housefly. The resistant level of housefly to DDVP was measured by topical application.The results showed that the average LD₅₀ against DDVP from different areas in Hubei province were 0.2256,0.1907,0.4428,respectively,from 2005 to 2007.The average LD₅₀ of 2006 and 2007 against alphacypermethrin was respectively 0.0841 and 0.1102.The average LD₅₀ of 2005and 2007 against deltamethrin was respectively 0.03707 and 0.08246.The average LD₅₀ of 2005 and 2006 against etramethrin was respectively 0.3952 and 0.2894;The average LD₅₀ of 2005 and 2007 against acetophenate was respectively 0.3264 and 0.3487.The Musca domestica in Hubei province has developed high resistance to the organic phosphorus and pyrethrum in- secticide.No obvious resistance against acetophenate has been found with sensitive level, which has stopped already using in 1990’s,advocating using mixed insecticides or different kinds of insecticides alternately to control the resistance development of the Musca domestica.更多还原
