【摘要】 日益增多的证据显示线粒体参与或涉及昆虫细胞凋亡:凋亡的昆虫细胞线粒体膜电位下降,通透性改变,线粒体结构破坏,多种凋亡活化和促凋亡因子定位于线粒体等。但线粒体介导细胞凋亡信号转导途径中最终重要的事件——细胞色素C从线粒体的释放,在双翅目昆虫和鳞翅目昆虫之间存在相互矛盾的研究结果。本文对线粒体在昆虫细胞凋亡中的作用及研究概况作了简略的介绍和评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growing evidences show that mitochondria involved in insect apoptosis such as mitochondrial membrane potential decline,changes of in mitochondrial permeability, mitochondrial disruptions variety of pro-apoptotic factors positioning on the mitochondria in insect cells undergoing apoptosis.However,the conflicting findings exist between the Diptera and Lepidoptera on the cytochrome C release from the mitochondria to cytosol -important event in mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis signaling pathway.In this paper,role of mitochondria and progress in insect apoptosis were briefly introducted and commented.更多还原
