火工药剂静电性能测试研究

【摘要】 火工药剂静电性能主要指静电火花感度和静电积累量,是表征其静电危险性的重要参数。静电性能的测试受到多方面因素的影响,不同条件下测试的结果也相差较大。本文通过对GTX起爆药(高氯酸三碳酰肼合锌)静电性能的研究,讨论环境温度、湿度、药剂粒度对其静电性能的影响;静电火花感度测试过程中的电容、电阻、极针间隙等装置因素与E50的关系;滑槽材质、长度和倾斜角度、盛药盒对静电积累量的影响;火工药剂在过筛过程中的静电积累以及静电衰减时间。
【Abstract】 Electrostatic performance of initiating explosive mainly includes the electrostatic spark sensitivity and electrostatic accumulation,is an important argument to estimate the danger of initiating explosive under electrostatic condition.The test of electrostatic performance affected by many factors,and the results differ greatly.Herein,through the investigation on electrostatic performance of zinc carbodihydrazide perchlorate,the effect on electrostatic performance of initiating explosive by environment temperature and humidity,and the particle size were discussed.The relationship between E50 and capacitance,resistance and the electrode gap length of the device for electrostatic spark sensitivity test were investigated.The effect of electrostatic accumulation by the material,length and the angle of inclination for flume and the sample box were studied in detail.Furthermore,the electrostatic accumulation of initiating explosive aroused in the sieving progress was measured;the decay time for initiating explosive was calculated.
