【Abstract】 Study on the causes of spatter easily adhering to the internal of the nozzle in MAG welding process.And the cleaning way of conventional MAG welding torches and their shortcomings were also analysed.On the basis above,a new large current air-cooling MAG welding torch was invented, which has the functions of preventing spatter adhesion and self-cleaning.Make the efficiency of spiral pipe production improved by 30%or more.更多还原
