【摘要】 以钢铁企业生产现状和能源管理中心为基础,建立基础数据库,运用系统节能理论和分析方法,建立能源分析、评价系统模型,开发能耗计算、分析及辅助决策等模块,建立了钢铁企业能源消耗及辅助分析平台,对钢铁企业不同生产预案进行能耗计算、分析,为生产运行和能源管理提供辅助决策的依据。通过对实际钢铁企业不同生产方案的能耗进行分析、评估,证实该平台可用于指导生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the manufacturing status of steel industry and energy management centre a based database was builted.A model of energy analysis and evaluation was developed with system analysis theory and assistant analysis method.A platform for energy resume and analysis was opened up based on energy resume module,analysis module and aid decision making module.calculated and analysed for difference produce plan by the platform,an assistant decision-making was produced for manufacture and energy management.It is approved that the platform can guide fact for difference produce plan analysis of iron and steel enterprises.更多还原
