【摘要】 目的中西医结合方法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛,观察其疗效。方法对234例腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛非手术患者,根据不同病情分别采用休息、药物应用、局部中药热敷、理疗、针灸、推拿、牵引,配合积极腰背肌功能锻炼等中西医结合治疗。结果总有效率97.44%;平均住院天数17.86天;平均住院费用4865.38元。结论应用中西医结合方法治疗非手术适应症腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛,疗效满意,疗程短,住院费用不高,广大患者乐于接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of treatment for the loin and leg pain of LIDH with combination of TCM with western medicine.Methods::234 cases of no operation sign patient of loin and leg pain of LIDH,treated by TCM with Western Medicine for drugs,herbal fomentation,physics treatment,acupuncture,manipulation,traction,with active exercise of erector spinae.Results:The total effective rate was 97.44%,The average times in hospital was 17.86 days,average hospital expense was $4865.38.Conclusion::Combination of TCM with western medicin are effective for the treatment of the loin and leg pain of LIDH,short time in hospital,low expense,accepted by more and more patients.更多还原
