绝缘导热填料在金属基板高导热胶膜中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了金属基板导热胶膜导热系数的影响因素和金属基板高导热胶膜的研究现状,同时介绍了高分子复合材料的导热机理,提出了金属基板高导热胶膜用绝缘导热填料的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Introduces the influence factors of the thermal conductivity of thermal conductivity adhesive film,and introduces the present research situation of high thermal conductivity adhesive film,proposed the research direction of insulative thermal conductive fillers in High Thermal Conductive Adhesive Film Used for Metal Based Copper Clad.
