聚羧酸盐助磨剂的合成
Investigation and Synthesis of Polycarboxylic acid Grinding Aids

【摘要】 本文研究了不同分子量聚乙二醇与水解聚马来酸酯化合成水泥助磨剂的性能,分别用比表面积,粒度分布表征助磨效果,3d强度表征早强性能。结果表明随聚乙二醇分子量增大,助磨性增加,聚乙二醇分子量为6000时助磨性与早强性都最好,比表面积较空白试样提高59.4%,3d抗折抗压强度较空白试样分别提高35.9%和29.3%。
【Abstract】 The multifunctional Polycarboxylic acid grinding aids was synthesized with the esterification of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride(HPMA). The specific surface area,size distribution and early-strength effect were investigated.With the increasement of molecular weight of PEG,the performance of grinding-aid effect and early-strength effect improved.The best performances exhibit when the molecular weight of PEG is 6000.Compared with blank specimen,the specific area increases 59.4%and 3d compressive strength and flexural strength increase 35.9%and 29.3%respectively.
