含泥量对减水剂性能的影响规律

【摘要】 选取聚羧酸系减水剂,木质素磺酸钠减水剂,以及萘系减水剂,通过对流动性、凝结时间、强度等宏观性能的研究,利用XRD、SEM等测试手段,分别比较粗集料中的含泥量对他们影响的规律。结果表明泥土的掺入缩短了含有三种减水剂的水泥净浆的初凝和终凝的时间,且随着含泥量(0—8%)的增加均呈下降趋势。初始流动度和1h流动度随着含泥量的增加而减小,其中,泥土对聚羧酸减水剂的影响最为明显。含泥量在较小范围之内(<2%)在一定程度上可以提高净浆试块的7d强度。
【Abstract】 Choosing polycarboxylate water reducer,sodium lignosulfonate and naphthalene superplasticizer,compares the influence of the mud content on them through fluidity,setting time,strenth,and testing methods XRD(X-ray diffraction),SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results indicated that setting time of cement paste with mud was shorten,keeping decrease from mud content 0-8%.Fluidity decreases with the increasing of mud content,and the effect on polycarboxylate water reducer is most obvious.The compressive strength for 7 days of cement paste sample can even be increased slightly if the amount of mud can be controlled in a certain range(0~2%).
