盆栽芍药有机生态型无土栽培基质配方筛选
Media Formula Screening for Eco-organic Type Soilless Cultivation of Potted Paeonia lactiflora

【摘要】 从环境保护和资源循环利用的角度,研究工农业有机废弃物用作盆栽芍药无土栽培基质。测定了20种代用基质混合配方的基本理化性状,并筛选其中8种符合理想无土栽培代用基质的要求的基质配方进行无土栽培试验,试验表明8种配方均能够形成良好的根际环境,满足芍药生长发育的需要,在保证盆花质量的前提下,降低生产成本,提高生产效益。不同混合基质条件下芍药植株生长势差异显著。最适宜的有机基质配方为玉米秸秆:菇渣:炉渣=3:4:3,比较理想的基质配方还有菇渣:锯末:炉渣=3:1:1;玉米秸秆:菇渣:炉渣=5:2:3。
【Abstract】 From the environment protecting and resource recycling point of view,the feasibility of the agricultural organic castoff being used as growing media was discussed.2.The basic physical and chemical properties of 20 kinds of alternative media were determined in the experiment and 8 kinds of media formula that agree to the requirements of the ideal alternative soilless culture media were screened.Experiments show that these 8 kinds of formulas are able to form a good rhizosphere environment growth and development to meet the needs of Peony.Different plants under mixed substrate media growed significantly different.The most appropriate formula for Peony is:the corn stalk organic matrix:mushroom dregs:cinder=3:4:3.
