CZT探测器测量铀浓缩厂容器中UF6铀丰度实验研究

【摘要】 采用CZT探测器、数字谱仪、准直器等组成了一套便携式CZT探测器铀富集度测量装置。该装置主要用于对铀丰度进行现场实验测定,以便确定铀浓缩厂相应铀产品丰度符合规定要求,没有违约产品的生产。实验研究中,对几类产品容器、多种丰度产品进了刻度测量,对容器厚度进行校正,建立了CZT探测器针对铀浓缩厂物料容器及取样器中UF6物料铀丰度的测量方法。现场测量结果表明,铀丰度测量结果相对偏差小于3%,方法简单可靠,装置简便,能满足核材料保障监督和核设施现场测量中的需求。

【Abstract】 A portable uranium enrichment measurement apparatus with CdZnTe detector system was tested at uranium enrichment plant.The apparatus is used to measure the enrichment of UF6 in containers.In the experiments,the measurements to several kinds of containers were completed.A NDA method to measurement uranium enrichment used CZT detector is set up.The relative error of measurement results is less than 3%,and the measurement method is simple, the apparatus is portable and reliable.It can be used in nuclear materials safeguards verification measurements.
