【摘要】 在无线通信系统设计中,功率放大器的效率和线性度影响整个系统的性能。本文对Doherty技术原理进行了推导,提出了一种新型的非对称Doherty放大器结构并实现了应用于TD-SCDMA 2010～2025MHz频段的高效率功率放大器设计。结合仿真结果,对平衡式AB类放大器、传统的Doherty功放、新型非对称的Doherty结构进行了对比,验证了新型的非对称Doherty放大器的高效率性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficiency and linearity in power amplifier determines the performance of the whole system in the design of wireless communication system.In this paper,the characteristics of Doherty amplifier and it advantages comparing with other technologies of enhancing efficiency are researched and design a new Non-symmetrical Doherty amplifier used in TD-SCDMA.Meanwhile,according to simulation,the characteristic of high efficiency is proved and contrasted with the class-AB amplifier and symmetrical Doherty.更多还原
