高速电镀锌工艺对镀层粗糙度及织构的影响

【摘要】 将旋转圆盘电极体系就用于高速电镀锌粗糙度研究。研究了电流密度(30-190A/dm~2)及镀液流速(1-3ms)对高速电镀锌钢板粗糙度的影响规律,发现粗糙度随电流密度、液流速度的增大,先变小后增大;探讨镀层形貌及结晶形态与这两个工艺参数的关系。
【Abstract】 Rotating disk electrode system was used to study the roughness factor of technology of high-speed galvanization. The influence of current density(30-190A/dm~2) or flow velocity(1-3m/s)of plating solution to roughness was investigated.As current density grew higher or the flow velocity greater,Initially the roughness got less and then greater;The relationship between the morphology or crystallized state and the two process parameters was discussed.
