不同生态经济型水土保持林运行年限对土壤酶活性的影响

【摘要】 为研究生态经济型水土保持林建设对土壤酶活性的影响,从邢台市临城县10个运行年限核桃生态经济型水土保持林取样,进行土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、脱氢酶和转化酶酶活性测定。每个年限取3个土层:0~20cm、20~40cm和40~60cm。结果表明,脲酶活性1~5年之间平稳上升而5~10年之间脲酶活性显著增加;过氧化氢酶活性随运行年限增长缓慢上升,各土层酶活性差别不明显;脱氢酶活性波动型增加;转化酶活性随土壤深度的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 In order to discuss the impact of ecological and economic soil and water conservation forest on soil enzyme activities over different operating years(1~10 years),soil samples were taken from three soil layers(0~20cm,20~40cm and 40~60cm) of eco-economic water and soil conservation walnut forests in Xingtai City,and then the soil enzyme activities were measured.The results show that: urease activity rose steadily between 1~5 years,but it increased significantly between 5~10 years;catalase activity rose slowly with the growth of operating years,and each soil layer enzyme activity was not obvious;dehydrogenase activity increased fluctuatly;invertase activity decreased with the increase in soil depth;soil enzyme activities had shown an increasing trend,and micro-organisms can be used as indicators of soil ecological restoration.
