芪胶升白胶囊耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究芪胶升白胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用。方法:芪胶升白胶囊分别以2.0 g/kg、1.0 g/kg、0.5 g/kg剂量进行灌胃,每日一次,连续给药7d。进行常压耐缺氧实验和化学性缺氧实验,观察小鼠窒息死亡时间;进行负重游泳实验,观察小鼠窒息死亡时间,检测血中血红蛋白浓度、血乳酸含量、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结果:芪胶升白胶囊高、中、低剂量组能明显增加小鼠常压耐缺氧时间、化学性缺氧时间、负重游泳时间,增加负重游泳后血中血红蛋白浓度、血乳酸含量,增强Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结论:芪胶升白胶囊具有明显的耐缺氧作用和一定的抗疲劳作用,其作用可能与升高血红蛋白浓度和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力以及降低血乳酸含量有关。
【Abstract】 Objective: The effects of Qijiao Shengbai Jiaonang(QSJ) were studied in mice which based on the ability of endurance to hypoxia and anti-fatigue.Methods: QSJ was orally administered at dosages of 2.0,1.0 and 0.5 g/kg for 7 days,quaque die.The mice were produced by hypoxia under normal pressure,sodium nitrite or weight-loaded swimming.The content of blood hemoglobin(Hb),blood lactic acid(BLA),and the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP and Na+-K+-ATP of the weight-loaded swam mice were measured.Results: Three dosages of QSJ prolonged the survival time of mice exposed to hypoxia under normal pressure and sodium nitrite,and weight-loaded swimming times.The content of Hb and the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP was increased,BLA was decreased in three drug groups.Conclusion: QSJ could enhance the endurance of hypoxia and anti-fatigue,which were related to the increasing content of Hb and the activity of Ca 2+-Mg 2+-ATP and the decreasing content of BLA.
