灵芝肽粉的抗辐射作用研究

【摘要】 目的观察灵芝肽粉对小鼠的辐射损伤的影响。方法按照卫生部:保健食品检验与评价技术规范[s].2003-02-14进行。结果灵芝肽粉中、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠血清溶血素水平和抗体生成细胞数以及单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能,使ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性明显增强。灵芝肽粉中、高剂量组能显著提高受60Co-γ射线照射小鼠的外周血白细胞数和小鼠血清溶血素水平,明显降低小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。结论灵芝肽粉能增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,减轻血细胞辐射损伤,对辐射暴露具有一定的防护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influences of Ganoderma polypeptide on the radiation damage methods according to the Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food(2003 edition) Chinese Ministry of Sanitation Results Ganoderma polypeptide of middle and high dose group could increase the amount of hemolytic antibody in serum.The proliferation of ConA-induced mitogenic response for spleen lymphocyte was also increased.Ganoderma polypeptide of middle and high dose group could enhance the activity of NK cell and the ability of phagocytosis of hyaline leukocyte and macrophage significantly.Compared with the radiating control group,the number of WBC and the serum hemolysin increased significantly.The micronucleus test of bone marrow decreased significantly.Conclusion Ganoderma polypeptide can improve cell-mediated and humoral immune function decreased radiation damage of blood cells and protect the mice from radiation injuries.
