【摘要】 目的:了解磁县居民恶性肿瘤发病情况与流行特征。方法:按照肿瘤登记规范,收集整理并分析2003～2007年恶性肿瘤新发病例报告资料,统计和计算恶性肿瘤粗发病率、中国标化率、世界标化率等指标。结果:2003年1月1日～2007年12月31日五年间累计新发恶性肿瘤8587例,年粗发病率为281.19/10万,中国标化率为262.12/10万,世界标化率为351.04/10万。其中,男性粗发病率为328.66/10万,中国标化率为334.58/10万,世界标化率为446.93/10万;女性粗发病率为231.67/10万,中国标化率为198.91/10万,世界标化率为266.98/10万。男性发病率前5位肿瘤分别是食管,胃,支气管和肺,肝癌,直肠癌;女性前5位是食管,胃,支气管和肺,肝癌,乳腺癌。地貌发病情况:平原粗发病率为309.67/10万,中国标化率为288.54/10万,世界标化率为387.82/10万;丘陵粗发病为239.16/10万,中国标化率为223.21/10万,世界标化率为296.57/10万;山区粗发病率为284.96/10万,中国标化率为265.47/10万,世界标化率为356.45/10万。结论:与我县历史资料比较,恶性肿瘤发病有所上升,食管癌发病虽有下降,但仍是我县发病第一位肿瘤;胃癌发病率升高明显。三类地貌恶性肿瘤发病率平原均高于山区和丘陵,其中山区又高于丘陵。加强恶性肿瘤综合防治研究,积极开展恶性肿瘤早诊早治非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Learn Cixian Cancer Incidence and popular features.Methods: According to the cancer registration specification,collection,compilation and analysis of cancer 2003 to 2007 new cases of report data,the crude incidence rate of cancer of statistics and computing,the standardized rate,the world standardized rate indicators..Results: January 1,2003 to December 31,2007,five years cumulative new cancer in 8587 cases.2003 to 2007 the crude incidence rate of 281.19/100000 standardized rate 262.12/100000,the world standardized rate 351.04/100000;among them,the male crude incidence rate of 328.66/100000 standardized rate of 334.58 /100000,the world standardized rate 446.93/100000;female crude incidence rate was 231.67/100000 standardized rate 198.91/100000,the world standardized rate 266.98/100000.Five tumors in men,the incidence of esophagus,stomach,bronchus and lung,liver,colorectal cancer;five former female esophagi,stomach,bronchus and lung,liver,breast cancer.Incidence situation landforms: plain crude incidence rate of 309.67/100000 standardized rate 288.54/100000,the world standardized rate 387.82/100000;the hilly crude incidence for 239.16/100000,standardized rate 223.21/100000,the world standard.The rate 296.57/100000 of;the mountain crude incidence rate of 284.96/100000,standardized rate 265.47/100000,the world standardized rate 356.45/100000.Conclusion: The county historical data,an increase in Cancer Incidence,esophageal cancer has decreased,but still is the onset of the first tumor in the county;gastric cancer incidence rate increased significantly.Three types of landforms Cancer Incidence in plain higher than the mountains and hills,which the mountains and above the hills.Strengthen cancer research areas,active in cancer early detection and treatment is very important.更多还原
