【摘要】 探讨群体性食物中毒的临床诊治和流行病学分析。对2008年7月我院收治的68例群体食物中毒患者的临床特点、治疗经过、流行病学进行回顾分析。结果 68例中男62例,女6例,年龄分布在15-35岁。均有腹痛伴腹泻等消化道前驱期症状,入院后有皮疹67例,发热50例,头痛24例,乏力16例,咽充血5例,耳后及颌下淋巴肿大5例,血压增高1例。68例经过集中救治全部治愈,本组食物中毒多考虑为细菌感染的混合因素,建立健全突发公共卫生事件应急机制是救治成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Explore the clinical treatment and epidemiological analysis of food poisoning.A retrospective analysis of the food poisoning with clinical features,treatment and epidemiology of 68 cases was done in our hospital during July 2008.Result among the 68 cases,62 males,6 females,aged from 15 to 35 years old.All of the patients with abdominal pain with diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms.Among the 67 cases after admission into hospital,50 with fever,24 with headache,16 with fatigue,5 with pharyngeal congestion,5 with swollen lymph nodes behind ear and submandibular,1 with high blood pressure.After centralized treatment,all the 68 cases were cured,and these food poisoning were considered as mixed bacterial infection.The establishment of emergency mechanisms of public health emergencies is the key to successful treatment.更多还原
