高速铁路路基深部厚层软基沉降控制试验研究
Study on Settlement Control of High-speed Raiway Subgrade over Deep Thick Layer of Soft Soil

【摘要】 根据广东东部沿海深部厚层软土地基的特点,结合高速铁路路基沉降控制标准、路堤填筑高度及刚性结构物过渡段等条件,分别采用强夯、旋喷桩、布袋注浆桩及桩网结构等复合地基加固。通过现场试验测试,分析了填筑施工期间及路基放置期间各种加固措施的沉降变形规律及加固效果,总结了4种地基处理对深部厚层软基加固的适应性。指出不同地质条件下4种措施均可满足高速铁路有砟轨道沉降控制要求,但采用强夯和布袋注浆桩加固后地基固结时间长,后期沉降相对较大;采用旋喷桩加固沉降控制效果较好;对沉降控制标准高的路桥过渡段或无砟轨道路基可采用桩网结构处理。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the eastern Guangdong coastal deep thick layer of soft soil,combined with the settlement control standard and fill height of high-speed railway embankment,considered the rigid structure of transition section subgrade,the foundation was reinforced with different method,such as dynamic compaction,circle jet pile,bag Grouting pile and pile-net structure.Based on the in-situ test data,settlement deformation properties and reinforcing effect of different reinforcement method were analyzed during construction period and placement period,and the adaptability of the four kinds of reinforcement method for the deep thick layer of soft soil was summarized.The results showed that the four kinds of method all could meet the settlement control standard of high-speed railway ballast track,but the solidification time of the foundation was long and the post-construction settlement was relatively large when using dynamic compaction or bag Grouting pile,while the settlement controlling effect of the circle jet pile was good.The pile-net structure could be used in the embankment-bridge transition section and ballastless track whose settlement control standard were high.
